The following web site is the official ADRC repository of information. On it, you find the collective experiences of many states on a variety of topics since the first grants were awarded.
You don't have to be an official registrant to access many of the documents.

MetroWest Center for Independent Living
We are a community-based, consumer-controlled, cross disability center for independent living, serving the MetroWest area of Massachusetts.
MWCIL is dedicated to working on behalf of the objectives of the disability rights and independent living movements, through the provision of comprehensive services to enhance the range of options available to, and improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities.
Minuteman Senior Services
Minuteman Senior Services was incorporated as a non-profit organization in 1975 and currently offers seniors and their caregivers over 22 different programs and services. Over 15,000 people each year turn to them for help.
BayPath Elder Services, Inc.
BayPath is a non-profit community service organization that has been providing services since 1977.
BayPath serves the following communities: Ashland, Dover, Framingham, Holliston, Hopkinton, Hudson, Marlborough, Natick, Northborough, Sherborn, Southborough, Sudbury, Wayland, Westborough.
Their mission is to enable older people to live independently and comfortably in the community for as long as possible, while promoting their well-being and dignity.
Tri-Valley Elder Services, Inc.
TVES is a private non-profit agency providing information, referrals, and care management services. At Tri-Valley we seek to maintain the highest possible quality of life for seniors in the community.
They offer a variety of in-home services to promote independent living for seniors and support for their caregiver families.
HESSCO Elder Services
HESSCO Elder Services is dedicated to finding solutions to help those 60 and older take full advantage of their later years.
The agency's goal is to make it easier for older individuals and their families to access a comprehensive system of health and supportive services.
Serving the towns of Canton, Dedham, Foxboro, Medfield, Millis, Norfolk, Norwood, Plainville, Sharon, Walpole, Westwood and Wrentham.
Springwell, Inc
Springwell has been creating, managing, and coordinating services for seniors, individuals with disabilities and those who help care for them for more than 26 years.
